How are ZCM competitions scored

I'll put this here until i find a better place for it:

You get 50 points for each solved problem.
You also get 50 points based on the time you have used, in the following way:

TimePts = 50 - min(TIME_USED, 5*5hrs) / 5*5hrs

where TIME_USED is the time + the penalty.
