Nice... :) I was wondering when will this pop up! Great move. Can we get detailed instructions?
*My Tasks*
You more or less have all instructions there. Every box has a help link in the upper right corner.
@admin:
well, what if we don't have rights on some task, like you don't have rights to publish tasks from HSIN ???
well, what if we don't have rights on some task, like you don't have rights to publish tasks from HSIN ???
you publish them anyway,and admin isnt blamed xD
I do not know if the tasks from HSIN are copyrighted, I doubt they are. I didn't want to add them myself, since I was adding only tasks for which I explicitly got permission.
But now, z-trening is going more towards being a medium (user supplied) tasks, than whatever it was before (admin added tasks).
So as long as you believe that the tasks are not copywrited (the site you are downloading from explicitly says that), then you can assume that they are under GPL, free copying with reference to the original.
cheers,
-admin

Can everyone see what we added?
I'd like to add SIO 2007 and 2008
I'd like to add SIO 2007 and 2008
once you;ve added the problems (all test cases and the grader), moderators will review them and make them public
How can we become moderators and what are the rigths and obligations of this status?
Can i add some tasks for lower grades that are not so simple. ;-) Like JBOI ( Junior Balcan Olymic in Informatics )
@aleksandar:
you can add whatever you want! that is the point!

@iggy91:
obligations: be regular on the website, keep peace on the forums. Do not take advantage of knowing some tasks in advance. Do not kill the server by looking at the stats (there are some parts that are really computationally intensive, and that moderators have access to)
Another responsibilities are: testing the problems before competitions, giving problems for competitions, etc, etc..
Let me know if you are interested. admin [] z-trening [] com.

Can you add a "delete task" option? I was a bit curious and create one (Sorry :P )
A rename task option would also be nice.
If I want to submint a task, should the source url look like this: http://www.jboi2007.org/Problems/Day2/ChairsEN.pdf ??
I guess. When i've submitted task I put this as an source url. http://www.jboi2008.com/task1/2008-07-13-closest.pdf
@frank44:
I will add rename task
@Daniel:
A link to the competition might be better. Just put www.jboi2007.org, and you are all set

I'm currently adding request for making a "mytask" public.
Originally I was going to make all the completed tasks public, but i forgot that some users might want to organize competitions, so the tasks should not go public right after they are completed :)

@admin:
Are you gonna build a new category for this tasks?

@admin
Hmm. There is allready a field for this I think. There is a source field and it says from where is the task and there I put www.jboi2007.org, but There is a second field and it says The source Url and there I put the direct link for the tasks, should I change it?

source is JBOI
link is www.jboi2007.org
When the task goes public it will have a link that says: JBOI, and when you click on it it goes to www.jboi2007.org :) that was my idea of what source/url are... but i dont mind if you use them in any way that makes it clear where the task is from

I didn't know where to ask you but i ask you here. :) Can you please add the task MoreStrings that you have removed.

I think that you've add it. If I am wrong then my question is adressed to that person that added the task. ;)
That was plitanium.
Ok, i see it now.
After how much time since adding a task it goes puiblic?
I think that you must wait for moderator or admin to check the task and publish it.
I have added two tasks and they became yellow, what does it mean?
It might mean that they were accepted.
No, green tasks are accepted, yellow tasks are waiting to be accepted. ;)
Now that the list is growing, I think that the problems should be grouped.
I would like to group them by source (If they were taken, for example, from the JBOI, or were created by a user).
This will make things more clear.
Apart from that, the year should be the year of the contest where the problem was taken.

I agree it would be much better...

Is there a way to remove a task ??
Not for now, bud admin is working on it.
I see you added a few tasks from COCI. Does this mean you already talked to the directors and got permission?
Well, as far as I know, COCI tasks aren't copyrighted.
+ lots of Croats pracitce here, so I don't know why would they object...
I don't think they're copyrighted either - I was just wondering if someone already got explicit permission from the directors.
I have asked them, but didn't got any answer. Admin also asked them a long time before, but also didn't get any response.
I added in my tasks , two problems about five days ago and they aren't yet public. Why?
@Daniel93
"Chairs" and "Map"?
"Chairs" and "Map"?
Chairs and Map are good tasks for us under 15 years. ( JBOI )
Can you publish my task "Nanoboti" ?
I mean,
it is from hsin...
it is from hsin...
Currently, only admin can aprove submited tasks to become public.
Daniel, if you asked for tasks "Chairs" and "Map", it seems they don't have text. Please add it.

well I didn't add the text :p. Ok, but now I have added both.
that was fast xD
