Submitting Tasks

How does one submit a task to the Training problem set? I've submitted a task through "My Tasks" but I don't see a way to put it on the official list.

(Maybe if the problem needs to be approved by the admins first, this could be explained in the problem submission system? I haven't found anything there regarding this.)

Yes, problems added by us, users, must be checked by administrator or moderators and after that they are published in "User Tasks" section of the Training page. There are currently 8 uder-submited tasks (at the moment of writing) which got aproval from admin and are now ready to be solved.
