Server custom test case checker

HI,
USACO has a test case checker where u can upload ur input file and check with your solution.
This tells what the runtime would be on the server.

I think that would really help, since some of our PCs are normally faster/slower than servers and we cannot judge the exact runtime, more so when we are running on boundaries ;)
