That is not actually the flag you've chosen, that is the flag of the country you are currently in.
However, the ip2country database is updated every month, and I update it even less frequently (every 3 months).
If your Internet provider purchased some IP addresses recently (which is your case) then your location will be unknown until the next ip2location update.
I'm considering putting a default flag, in the case when the location flag is unknown.
