are all of the cards the cards facedown at the beginning at every request.
For example for 10 cards the first request is the cards from 1 to 10 to be rotated, then the second request in what position is the third card. Then the next request is the cards from 5 to 10 to be rotated so are the cards reset so that all of them are facedown again. Or it continues from the first request so after this one now the cards from 5 to 10 are only rotated to facedown.
