Challenge like Topcoder

Hopefully z-trening will hold a contest sth like SRM and there is a challenge phase...I think this will make z-trening become more interested by the members... and also I hope that there are more contests..in z-trening

For SRM's you have TopCoder..If Z-trening hold such contests it would be stealing.
