What's happening?

I can't submit solution, when I submit it it takes about 1 sec per test case and it say's wrong answer and time 0.00 and I tested on task I solved recently with same code, same thing is happening?

There is a problem with the grader Server(s).

However, I won't be able to fix it for the next few days!
