What time zone is the server in?

I see it in Serbian, GMT + 1.

If you see 21:02 in my post then it's GMT + 1.

Times are shown in your local timezone. If your browser doesn't provide the OS's timezone settings, then you'll see the time in GMT (and it will say that it is in GMT)
