Is there something wrong with test cases, my code passes the last three test cases of this task, I tryed them manully but here it fails...

There is nothing wrong with the test cases. I uploaded the official ones so you shoud try the last 3 cases again.
sysntax_error ima pravo. I meni je bilo 7/10 i treba proveriti i u obrnutom redosledu. Testovi nisu dovoljno dobri za poslednja tri testa.
On Croatian version of COCI we got a note that we shouldn't try to rotate the key. I didn't rotate and got 100%, looks like test cases from COCI and HONI are different.
