yes you can get email notification about compeition, go to: My Account -> Pravacy, but I am not sure does it work ... I am not getting emails, and I set "all mails" ...

you can see future competitions on page competitions, but there are no competition thise few month, because everyone is busy with competition in their country, so no one have time to prepare competition.
